Identity is a key part of how a wine region becomes recognizable and successful. As competition from other regions increases, BC wineries will need to secure domestic market share, and bring new consumers to BC.
Wine leaders from across the province are invited to share your views on an identity that represents you at home and internationally, at workshops on the identity of the BC wine region, November 27-30, organized by UBC-KEDGE in collaboration with Glasgow School of Art.
Take this opportunity to work with your colleagues to enhance competitiveness, through representation of BC’s regional history, terroir and authenticity.
Outcomes will be presented to wineries and associations to take forward towards the creation of a cohesive identity, that could be useful for branding and marketing.
